Every application for membership shall be proposed and seconded by two existing members and shall be forwarded to the Secretary who shall at the first convenient opportunity, submit it to the Council for approval. The Council may at its discretion reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
Upon admission, Business Members, Institution Members, Sponsor Members and Affiliate Members shall nominate one (1) official delegate and one (1) alternative delegate.
Active Members whose application have been approved as aforesaid shall, upon payment of the prescribed entrance fee and first monthly subscription, be admitted as a member of the Association and shall be entitled to voting rights and all privileges of membership as determined by the Council.
Associate Members whose application have been approved as aforesaid shall, upon payment of the prescribed entrance fee and first monthly subscription, be admitted as a member of the Association and shall be entitled to all privileges of membership as determined by the Council but without voting rights or hold office in the Association.
