Meditations with Sam in India gave me life, it was my favorite moment of the day, it made you feel very comfortable ... it made you think inwardly ..find yourself and ask yourself things that you didn't think about before. He transmitted a lot of peace and tranquility, after his meditations you felt like new, full of good energy, I miss them ... and you, Sam 🙏🏼.

I enjoyed Sam's meditation classes very much. It was almost the first time for me to practice meditation and his guidance got me into it easily. He shared various approaches to practice meditation like as visualization, with changing Mantras etc. I liked the one with a Mantra the most. He didn't look very yogi, also friendly to different cultures other than yoga, it helped me a lot to be comfortable that I was in the right place, practicing yoga and meditation is not special thing, opened to everyone.
