The Print Station provides printing services based on user-uploaded documents. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the content, and The Print Station holds no liability for errors or inaccuracies.
4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing information for printing services is available on the App. Payment for services is required before processing orders. The Print Station reserves the right to change prices and payment terms at any time.
5. Delivery
The Print Station offers delivery services for printed materials. Delivery times and charges are outlined in the App. The Print Station is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Print Station and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of user access.
8. Termination
The Print Station reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts and access to the App at its discretion without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haridwar Jurisdiction only. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar Jurisdiction.
