Ovations Media Group has access to over 1,100 digital billboards across the continental United States and Canada. We have secured such a great deal with the billboard companies that it allows us to make digital billboards more accessible to the small business owners and organizations who may need to advertise events or products.



Technical Information


Digital billboards work similar to a screensaver on your phone or computer or like a video jukebox of sorts. Images are loaded into a server and launched onto the designated boards for the account. Like a juke box, where you get more songs/videos when you spend more. You will get more displays on your campaign
with the more you spend.

The average large digital billboard measures 48 to 50 ft. wide and 15 ft. high. The images are displayed on the board for an average of 10-12 seconds. There are some restrictions* as to what can be put on a billboard. Less is more... In essence, drivers on the highway can't stop and absorb a lengthy message while safely operating a vehicle. So give them something they can remember easily and use bright, eye catching colors in your ads as much as possible.

Diamond:
This package is recommended for high display rate customers like medium to larger companies, concerts & sporting events announcements, product launches etc. This package starts at $3,500 for 30 days and is eligible for all of the extra upgrades free of charge, including Multi-State campaigns.


Platinum:
This package is recommended for high display rate customers like medium sized companies, announcements, product launches or web launches etc. Platinum level is the eligible to launch Multi State campaigns. This package starts at $2,800 for 30 days and is eligible for 2 free upgrades.


Gold:
This package is recommended for medium display rate customers like small companies, announcements, product launches or event awareness etc. Gold level is the minimum level needed to launch Multi State campaigns. This package starts at $2,300 for 30 days and is eligible for 1 free upgrade.


Silver:

This package is recommended for medium display rate customers like small mom & pop companies, start ups and announcements etc. This package starts at $1,800 for 30 days and is eligible for upgrades. This package requires an additional $75 for the initial graphic upload.


Bronze:
This package is recommended for low display rate customers like birthdays, anniversaries, graduations etc. This package starts at $1,200 for 30 days and is eligible for upgrades. This package requires an additional $75 for the initial graphic upload.


Flexible Budget Package:
Its pretty simple...If the packages above do not suit your needs, then let us know what we can do to accommodate your needs. If you need a billboard for just a few days, we can help. Tell us what your cap budget is and we will tell you what we can do to help. If we can't help you, we will gladly direct you to someone who may be able to assist.

UPGRADES:


Customized Display Times:
You can choose the best time to run your campaign with this feature. For example, you can funnel your displays into a certain time of day to maximize your visibility during that time. Customers often benefit from using their displays during rush hour traffic in the morning and evening. Other good times to use this feature is for sporting events, concerts & festivals. Normally there are traffic jams associated with those events and your board will have higher visibility.

Multi-Graphic Upload


This feature allows you to load an additional graphics into your account. It will divide your displays up amongst the graphics attached to your account. This is ideal for people who may have multiple businesses, products or events to advertise. Political clients enjoy this option as it allows them to advertise multiple messages/slogans on the same account.

Cost: $225*

Multi-State Campaign

Ovations Media Group has the technology available to allow you to run the campaigns on billboards in different states from the same account. You can have as many additional ads in different states that you need at a price that is 1/3 of the cost of an additional billboard. You can also use the other upgrades like display customization, multi graphic upload and high graphic rotation on your multi-state campaigns.

(per state, per board, per month)


High Graphic Rotation


This feature is pretty straight forward. Similar to a video jukebox, the more money you put in the jukebox, the more songs you will get. Well the concept is the same with High Graphic Rotation feature. Depending on the package you purchase, you will be granted a certain amount of displays with the package. You can purchase a "pack" of additional displays to add to your account.

The high rotation pack upgrade
starts at $600 per campaign

In most cases, it will add approximately 5,000 displays to your monthly rotation.


Additional Billboards:
Diamond, Platinum & Gold customers are eligible to receive additional billboards in any city on their current account for $1,000 per board, per month.

Choose your location:

Ovations Media Group has access to over 1,100 digital billboards in the continental United States and Canada. Although we have a vast inventory of billboards to choose from, we may not have the location or city you may need. Ovations has boards in 38 major cities across the country. Ovations Media Group will consult with you &/or your marketing team to help with choosing the location that best fits the demographic of the campaign.


How many billboards do you need?

The amount of billboards needed for a major ad campaign is totally different then someone renting a billboard for a graduation announcement etc. The number of boards needed will be determined by the cap budget and campaign needs. Ovations Media Group can help guide you through this decision.

What product, event or campaign do you want to run?

This is often one of the most daunting decisions that you make with any ad campaign or event announcement. Things like how the billboard is worded to the placement of artwork matters to those consuming the ad. The color used of the text even makes a difference doesn't? Things like that is why Ovations Media Group will be the best team to have to support your marketing efforts. We will consult with you about the best practices for campaigns to try to get you the results that you want!

Call 513-376-5047 and speak with an account manager who can help get you started. If you already have the creative that is being used or if we have to design it, we will need to get access to it as soon as possible.
In addition, you would need to pick LOCATION(S), DISPLAY PACKAGE, UPGRADES (If any), LAUNCH DATE & CAMPAIGN LENGTH. If you have those things already decided and in motion, then we can normally have your campaign up and going in about 2 weeks. If Ovations Media Group has to create the graphic for you, there will be an additional fee of $175 per graphic created. Usually we can have some proofs to you in 3 business days or less for you to approve.

*Launch approval process:

Every digital billboard will go through a 3 part approval process before being launched. The billboard provider must approve of the campaign. The owner of the physical billboard must also approve the campaign. Lastly the FCC gets the final say as to whether or not the board will be launched. If any of the 3 of these entities disapprove of the campaign, then chances are high that we may not be able to get your campaign up in lights for you. If so, we will need to create additional campaigns that will be approved. The campaigns are non-refundable. If your billboard is not approved, then you will have credits towards a campaign that does get approved.
