Starting February 15, click the "Open File" button to open the latest progress spreadsheet. To track your progress, send your workouts before the end of the week via email by clicking the "Send Workout" button below.
Please include your full name and attach a screenshot of your workout summary (including average heart rate, zones (if available) and session time) if you have it. Otherwise, please let us know the duration in minutes and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) from 1 out of 10 (1 being easy and 10 being the hardest).
