◽ I began designing Jewelry almost 20 years ago as a creative outlet while I was waiting tables. The pieces I wore to work began gaining notice and I, in turn, began creating custom pieces for customers and friends.

◽ The name "ca designs" comes from a nickname bestowed upon me by a friend, although many think it refers to California (which is just fine with me).

◽ I definitely prefer making one-of-a-kind pieces. When you wear my designs, you know there's very little chance that anyone out there has the same thing.

◽ I do EVERYTHING (design, photographing, editing, web designing, advertising, financial, etc.) all by myself.

◽ The style of jewelry runs from bohemian to punk. My specialty seems to be wire-wrapping gemstones and vintage beads.

◽ The first order I ever booked was to make 150 copies of one of my most intricate pieces for the Roseanne First Season DVD release party gift-bags. Exciting but exhausting!

◽ My jewelry has appeared in catalogs, magazines, billboards, blogs, film, and television.
