Our intellectual property practice focuses on developing an intellectual property strategy for our clients that encompasses a dedicated, responsive, and efficient approach to not only register their intellectual property but also to protect, secure, and enforce their intellectual property rights in India.

General Corporate advisory has been one of our core practices areas since the inception of the firm. We have extensive expertise in advising clients on: Drafting complex business agreements and commercial contracts such as joint venture/strategic alliance, ad-for-equity, franchise/ service agreements, content distribution, technology transfer and software licensing agreements.

We have a strong focus on dispute resolution including corporate disputes, commercial disputes, and regulatory disputes before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, and domestic and international arbitration. Our dispute resolution practice has a strong emphasis first on dispute management/dispute prevention by advocating effective strategies to avoid or mitigate the commencement or adverse impact of disputes. Only after the dispute prevent/management strategy fails to achieve a favourable outcome do we then actively advise on pursuing dispute resolution remedies.
